1. Scope of shipment
Golden Clouds 710 S.L. ships all over Spain (including Islands) and most of the European Union countries.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct address. We are not responsible for delays or incidents resulting from incorrect data provided by the customer.
2. Delivery deadlines
- Peninsular Spain and Portugal: 48-96 working hours
- Balearic Islands: 48-96 working hours
- EU (France, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands…): 3-9 working days
Lead times are estimates. They may vary for logistical, customs or force majeure reasons.
3. Confirmation and follow-up
After the purchase you will receive a confirmation email and, when your order is shipped, a tracking number to check the status in real time.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the purchase process according to country, address and available carrier.
5. Seizures and CBD regulations
CBD-derived products are only marketed for technical, decorative or collectible use and are not intended for human consumption. Compliance with the regulations of the country of destination is the responsibility of the customer.
Golden Clouds 710 S.L. is not responsible for customs seizures or legal restrictions outside Spain.
6. Undelivered orders
If an order is returned due to wrong address, repeated absence of the addressee or unjustified refusal, the customer may choose between:
- Reshipment (with new shipping cost)
- Reimbursement of the amount of the products minus initial shipping costs
7. Damaged products or error in the order
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach photos of packaging and affected product.
After verifying the incident, a replacement or full refund will be offered.
8. Shipping insurance
Optional shipping insurance can be purchased during the checkout process, with coverage up to 500€ in case of loss or damage. Only available with InPost/Mondial Relay.
